Who are the designers
Like Gold Marketing is an agency of one! This means you will work with me, founder of Like Gold Marketing. I have over a decade of experience working in marketing and graphic design. I understand strategy and how to get your creative to work harder for you.
What if I don’t like my design? Is their a refund?
Each design will be sent to you for a review prior to finalizing the project. We will be in communicating closely to make sure you are very happy with your design. If edits or changes are needed after final delivery, there will be an additional charge which you will know before any work begins.
What design work do you not do?
See the work mentioned in our services section for details but we do not do work related to animation or anything with a dynamic template. Before a project begins, you will know what to expect as a final outcome.
How do you pause or cancel?
Just email us! Our subscription is for a full month at a time. So if you cancel on May 15 via email, your subscription is good through May 31st and will not start up on June 1st. If you subscribe on June 10, your subscription will start July 1st. If you have work that needs to be completed between June 10 – 30, it will be treated like a price per project request. Just ask if you have questions.
How do designs get reviewed and approved?
Depending on the project request, a creative brief may be needed to ensure we are on the same page. Once designing starts, we will be exchanging creative and feedback via a predetermined online communication tool like email, Trello, Google Drive, etc.
Is there a limit to how many designs I can do?
If you subscribe, your membership has a pre-determined number of projects per month unless it is a Pro or Elite Pro which is unlimited. If you choose a price per project plan, there is no limit to how many things you can request but we will need to align on the due dates to make sure work can be completed when you need it.
How fast are my designs delivered?
Most designs can be completed between 3-5 business days once a Price or Subscription has been confirmed. For more complex projects, it may take longer but due dates will be agreed on before work begins so you. know for sure what to expect.
What if I need more projects mid-month?
You can upgrade your subscription at any time for the next month. If you need an extra project, beyond your subscription allowance, it will be treated like a price per project item. We will need to confirm the price and due date before work begins.
